Chen's apartment is clean and spacious with everything you need for a short or even long term stay. The location is great, near a ton of bars, restaurants, and shops.

We had another great stay at Chen's. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The bedroom is in the back of the unit so we did not hear any street noise. We also got free street parking directly in front of the unit.

This spot is perfect for a fun getaway to Philly! The location is amazing, putting us right where we wanted to be for exploring the city. Inside, the apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained.

Third time and still a charmer at Chen’s! Chen’s place is super clean and comfortable. It is close to so many things! You can walk anywhere to restaurants and Philly’s historical must-sees. Chen is super responsive and kind.

OH MA GD, what a find Chen's place was. It was way more spacious than I anticipated it would be and met all of our needs and then, some.

Chen's place was just as described, very clean and presentable. The location is an easy 15 min walk to the city with some great restaraunts, bars and local shops along the way.
