We had a great stay at Shanda's place! It's exactly as described. It's meticulously clean & Shanda has obviously put alot of thought into guest comfort. The a/c works well, there are fans & good lighting in all rooms.

Shanda’s place was a great find for a weekend trip to Philadelphia! The best part was the off street parking that was just steps from the back door! Her place was extremely well stocked with everything we could need and very…

Shanda’s place is great. I am originally from the area and the location was perfect for what I was doing and who I was seeing. It’s a very safe area and walkable to a couple of different bars/restaurants.

I loved Shanda’s place so much I extended my stay! Shanda’s place is clean, feels private and like home. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an off street parking space was amazing.

All I have to say is AWESOME!! Shandas place is absolutely amazing! We were traveling from Florida to South Carolina to Philly as our last destination and Shanda’s place was perfect for the little over two weeks we stayed there.

This is my second time staying at Shanda’s place. When available , it is always a staple for me to book when I am traveling to Philly! 😊The area is peaceful and the parking that is part of the home is always a plus.

We love this place because it’s in the same neighborhood our kids and grandchildren live. It’s an easy walk to and from their house. Always clean and a good value.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Shanda's place. It's by a main street (convenient) but surprisingly it's shielded from the traffic noise. The place has everything we needed. Simple and comfortable.
