Matt was a very friendly host and prompt with his responses. The room was convenient for our needs: close to the subway for when we wanted to go down to the parks, and only a few blocks from all of the places we wanted to go…

Good location just off Avenue of the Arts. Small but functional, was a good spot for us as we visited family in the neighborhood.

Matt’s place was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, museums, theaters and other attractions. Lyfts were easily attainable. The cozy apartment was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable.

some friends and I booked this place for the Phillies home opener and could not have been more pleased with our choice.

We stayed here for an Eagles game. The location was great. Right next to the subway. Close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as some Philly sites. The owner communicated well. The apartment was easy to find.

This was the perfect location to explore Philly! I stayed at Matt’s place with my son and my best friend from college. We visited Philadelphia to go to a Phillies game and to take in some history.

Awesome location and well-curated, small apt. Would stay again if I’m back in Philly soon! Beds comfy, A/C great, outdoor space a plus. Kitchen is sparse, better plan to eat out at the great restaurants.

Stayed for a couple days with my 2 kids and the space was perfect for us to enjoy the city. Very centrally located with public transit close by and lots that you can easily walk to.
