Amazing place, absolutely gorgeous! Easy and secure entry and exit. Amazing location, right next to a beautiful neighborhood park. Great place to stay for any events taking place in Citizens Bank Park, short and nice 30 min walk.

Quinn’s home is super well kept and cared for! The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed, including items in case we forgot something (toothpaste, body wash, etc.).

Nice and clean place to stay. Stayed here after a concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Host gave a nice heads up about parking (definitely a struggle to find parking in the city) I strongly recommend public transportation.

Clean, modest apartment. Spare decorating and lacking in some amenities (particularly in the kitchen), but includes most basic items you need for a stay. Apartment is quiet and felt secure. Convenient to sports venues.

Quinn’s place was such a great stay! Check- in was so easy. The place was clean, well stocked, and had everything we could have needed! We really enjoyed being able to connect our music and Netflix to the google home on the TV.

My adult son and I really enjoyed our stay for a guys get away. It was perfect for our needs and the property was extremely clean. However, it is missing some amenities. There is no oven, no ice maker, no iron or clothes steamer.

Beautifully remodeled apartment! Spotless with enough amenities that we felt like we were staying in someone’s home. Everything was exactly how Quinn described and she was responsive with any questions I had.

Very clean and cozy place, and honestly one of the nicest places you could hope to find in South Philly. Quinn was very quick to respond in her messages and was very friendly.

Great host, with very clear description and instructions. Close to lots of attractions, and easy to find. Super clean and comfortable, and quiet surroundings. I will definitely look for this again when I am back in the area.
