Great place to stay! We went to a concert at the Liacouras Center and the drive was not bad! We were like 25 minutes away! Parking could be an issue if you are not comfortable with walking a couple blocks but he did a great job…

This was a perfect fit for our overnight stay in Philly. The walk to the stadiums was easy and we felt very safe and comfortable, even late at night returning from the concert we attended.

This was the second time I stayed at Raniers place. I stayed a few months ago for the NCAA basketball tournament in Philadelphia and this time I stayed for a weekend to catch a couple of Phillies games.

Perfect for a short stay. I spent less than 24 hours in philly for a concert. It was in walking distance to the metro. Everything I needed. Host was very accommodating. Would stay again!

This was an amazing affordable option for concerts. The room was extremely tidy and clean. We felt extremely safe with the additional safety locks on the bedroom doors.

Great location in South Philly, about 25 min walk to Lincoln and Citizens Bank Stadium. Host was very accommodating and communicated timely.

We had a great stay at Ranier’s place. The room was exactly as described. He is an excellent communicator and very proactive. The house was spotless.

Ranier's place is located in South Philly where Italian/Mexican/Vietnamese cultures are mixed - I loved it. The house is in a residential area. It was close to one park, which I often went out for jogging.
