Great spot! Patty had very clear checkin instructions along with parking suggestions. The apartment was clean, the shower was great, and there are so many things to do within walking distance.

This place was great for it's location for someone that wanted to look around at "First US Capitol". Only a block and a half away from Ben Franklin's Press and PO and 3 blocks from Independence Hall.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at Patty’s while visiting Philadelphia. The apt. was comfortable and clean, well-equipped, and has really nice light from the front windows.

This apartment is in a great location in the Old City, very accessible to bus lines and public transportation, and the place had new appliances and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness.

Nice place in a great location! The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to a lot of attractions nearby.

Patty provided us with a lot of suggestions for things to do around the city which I thought was really nice. The apartment is very clean and the bed was super comfy! The location is pretty great.
