This is an amazing location, in close proximity to many museums and attractions. We stayed two nights in Philly without a car, and felt like we had more than enough to do within a 20 minute walking radius.

Kevin's place was great for the price- it truly can't be beat and the location was awesome. We parked our car in a garage for the 4 days we were in town and didn't need it once.

Great location! Minutes walk to restaurants, bars, parks, markets, and coffee shops. There are street parking downstairs. Place is clean and spacious.

Great stay in a perfect Center City location, with a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment that made it easy to enjoy everything Philadelphia has to offer.

Great, convenient location if you're wanting to be right in proximity to Independence Square and the historic parts of the city.
