Glenn’s place was perfect for my needs. Super walkable location to pretty much anything you could want in Philly, and easy access to Septa. His place is clean and just like the listing.

Perfect stay!!! We were able to find a close parking spot and easily walk to Reading Terminal Market, our scheduled historic tour, Chinatown, and local shops and restaurants! Honestly could not have asked for better…

Glen’s place was an excellent price and location, check in was easy and we enjoyed the cleanliness and close proximity to main attractions in Philadelphia!

The host was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I mainly needed a place to crash and prepare for the Rocky Run. The price was clutch, as well as the area.

Excellent location from Glenn. Be mindful of the thin floors and walls, you’ll hear ALOT of noise from others walking around but it was worth the money. No issues

My stay with Glenn was very accommodating. The shared space was very inviting and even offers a quaint tea/coffee station. My room felt private yet homey and intentional.

Great place, clean and well equipped. Just keep in mind it's a room in the basement. Expect noise from guest living upstairs. Also the full bathroom is located on the third floor and there is no kitchen.
