The apartment looks just like the pictures and is located in a great location! Easy instructions to access. The only drawback was the cleanliness.

A perfect place for a quick visit! Just a few little things... Could definitely use more towels, soaps in the shower and ice trays. Also, the lamp on the nightstand didn't work.

It is obvious that the people running this place are CHEAP: 1) They do not have the most simple amenities that could cost them almost nothing and really help the guests: for example, body soap in the shower, hand soap that is not…

Our location was excellent. We could walk everywhere and had the beautiful Rittenhouse Sq. 2 minutes away. Plenty of great places to dine and drink. The place was clean and tidy but simple. Our host was easy to get in touch with.

The apartment was a great place to stay in Center City Philly. The location was excellent, close to everything. It was easy to find. Very cozy and private. The place was very clean and well appointed.

Great place. Comfortable, clean and great location. Laundry included. Just remember soap and shampoo for shower. Would stay again.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic! The apartment was clean and quiet. It's in a perfect location in Rittenhouse square with plenty to do. Parking was easy to find in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's place. Great location, right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and things to explore in Philly.

The location was perfect, very close to wherever we wanted to go, we always felt safe walking outside just going to eat.. we loved that there was a target next to it and an ice cream place we’d go every night..
